General Provisions
We provide a Service for acquiring in-game items specifically for Dota 2 ("Service"), which may include purchasing various items, game enhancements, and battle tools designed for this game. Our Services are offered to individuals, players, and businesses seeking a wide range of Dota 2 in-game items.
Order Placement and Payment Process
When a user ("User") visits our website and decides to place an order, they must create a Personal Account ("Account") by providing required personal information (name, email address, phone number, payment method). The User is also required to fund their account balance on our website, which can then be used for purchases.
After selecting the product and placing it in the cart, the User can proceed to payment. All Services are subject to 100% payment upon order placement.
Before finalizing the purchase, the User will be able to review and modify their order. It is important to verify your order before confirming the transaction. Once payment is processed, the User will gain access to the purchased Dota 2 item. By completing the payment, the User confirms their acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies outlined on our website.
When making a payment, the User agrees not to use invalid or unauthorized payment methods. Should the payment method fail but the item has been delivered, the User agrees to settle the payment within 15 days from receiving notification. We reserve the right to suspend access to any content if full payment is not received.

If the User fails to provide accurate and complete information (e.g., name, email, phone number, payment method, type of item ordered) in a timely manner when requested, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been transferred to you for exchange on Steam.
Cancellation Policy
The cost of the order is based on the type of in-game item selected for Dota 2.
We will only consider complaints if an email is sent within seven working days from the date of order completion and access to the in-game item is granted. We are not liable for any delays caused by malfunctioning modems, emails, or other mailing issues beyond our reasonable control. This agreement takes effect once the User has completed the payment. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England. We reserve the right to demand payment and seek compensation from the client as necessary.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the card or Account of the User.
The User may request a refund only if the request is made within one week of completing the order. If this applies, please write to us at [email protected] and provide the reason for your refund request.
Please note that Dotablitz LTD does not issue refunds if you are unsatisfied with the type or style of the in-game item. Refunds are only provided in cases of error, such as receiving a different item due to a technical issue.
We offer refunds for in-game items under certain conditions. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may request a refund.

However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion if we believe the policy is being abused. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, substantial use of the item before requesting a refund or a history of repeated refund requests for the same or similar items.

You are prohibited from presenting our in-game items, skins, or other game tools as your own creations.
