Order Placement and Payment Process


When a user ("User") visits our website and decides to place an order, they must log in using their Steam account credentials. This login creates a Personal Account ("Account") on our website, linked to the User's Steam profile. After selecting the product and placing it in the cart, the User can proceed to payment. All Services are subject to 100% payment upon order placement. The User may either pre-fund their balance on our website, which can then be used for purchases, or pay directly at checkout. Before finalizing the purchase, the User will be able to review and modify their order. It is important to verify your order before confirming the transaction. Once payment is processed, the User will gain access to the purchased item. When making a payment, the User agrees not to use invalid or unauthorized payment methods. Refunds


Refunds are made to the card or Account of the User.

Please note that Dotablitz LTD does not issue refunds if you are unsatisfied with the type or style of the in-game item. Refunds are only provided in cases of error, such as receiving a different item due to a technical issue.
